Terms and Conditions

The gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. After the expiry date, the voucher will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
The gift voucher can be redeemed in person at Jimbu and must be presented at the time of payment.
Unless specified otherwise, The voucher applies for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
This gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name appears on the voucher.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Any remaining balance after the purchase will be retained on the voucher for future use within its validity period.
If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the voucher holder must pay the balance using another accepted form of payment.
Each gift voucher can only be used once. If the total value of the purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher, no change or credit will be given.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
The gift voucher may not be valid for special events, private dining, or certain menu items. Please check with the restaurant for any exclusions.
The gift voucher cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
